Growing up as twins, Matt\u00a0and Phil were inseparable.\u00a0When they were children they went\u00a0fishing, as teens they attended\u00a0cycling competitions \u2013 they were always a team. But they each had their own way of doing things; and that is what complemented their partnership perfectly.<\/p>\n
When came the time to decide on their career orientation, for a time, Matt and Phil chose their own individual paths. Having had an interest for stock trading and economics since high school, Phil chose to complete a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration majoring in finance. While in university in 2001, he worked in sales\u00a0for various condo developments. He then transitioned to practice in his field of study while working in retail and commercial banking, a structured and competitive environment, and the ideal platform for learning and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n
Being more impetuous to enter the work force, Matt hopped in the adventurous road to real estate in 2001, a fitting yet challenging business for a young entrepreneur. Matt\u00a0thrived as he\u00a0built his name working for the same developer as his twin brother.<\/p>\n
What they shared was their desire to enjoy\u00a0a stimulating and rewarding career.<\/p>\n
Still spending much of their time together, motivating one another to attain their goals, Matt and Phil never lost their partnership as brothers. Their patience and understanding for each other is the source of their unique connection as twins.<\/p>\n
It soon\u00a0became clear that combining both their\u00a0unique skill sets and work experiences, along with their dedication for fulfilling clients\u2019 needs would be the key to a successful business partnership.<\/p>\n
